Key facts
- The home must have been built and occupied before 31 December 2010 for insulation measures.
- SEAI requires a whole-surface solution; partial wall insulation is not eligible.
- Some homes with a previous wall grant can apply for a second wall measure under SEAI rules.
- External insulation can require ESB Networks service alteration checks.
